السلام عليكم
د.محمد انا لي 3 سنوات متزوج ولم يحصل حمل
وعملت تحاليل العدد ماشاءالله جيد ولكن هناك تشوه في الحيوانات المنوية 86%
وعملت أشعة دوبلر واتضح عندي دوالي من الدرجة الثانية

فهل الدوالي هي سبب هذا التشوه؟؟
وهل نسبة التشوه طبيعية ام عالية

U/S - GENITALIA (SCROTUM&CONTENTS): Findings: Both testes are normal in size, echogenicity, and vascularity. Right testis measures 4.3 x 2.9 x 2.1 cm with volume of approximately 14.3 ml Left testis measures 4.6 x 2.3 x 3.1 cm with volume of approximately 17.9 ml. Bilateral epididymi are normal in size and echotexture. Few subcentimetric cysts are seen in bilateral epididymi, the largest is measuring 3 mm on right side and 4.7 mm on left side. Mild fluid is seen in bilateral tunica vaginalis. Few prominent venous channels are seen on left side, in standing position, the largest measures 2.4 mm. Impression: " Left mild varicocele.

لكن هل نسبة 14% حيوانات منوية سليمة وضع طبيعي أم سيء

لان مكتوب بالتحليل الطبيعي أعلى من 4%

لانني اخاف اعمل العملية ولاتنجح وتأثر على العدد والحركة

يتطلب 10٪ و اكثر حيوانات طبيعية . القسطرة ليس بها اضرار ع الخصية

بالجراحة عندما لا يكون الجراح جيد قد يربط الشريان او الحبل المنوي
