Axial T1 and T2 FSE W images.
Axial and coronal T1 fat saturation W images.
Coronal T1 FSE and T2 FSE W images. Sagittal T1 and T2 FSE W images.
Axial, coronal and sagittal T1 fat suppression post IV contrast.
FINDINGS:
=========
-Large 7 X 6 cm anterior fundal intramural fibroid showing homogenous low T2 signal intensity and a very small area of cystic breakdown display low at T1 high at T2 the described fibroid, displace endometrial complex. After post IV contrast the whole fibroid show homogenous contrast enhancement except the small degenerated part which measured about 9 X 7 mm.
-Another very small non degenerated 8 mm subserous fibroid seen at the left posterior of the uterine body.
- Normal anatomical configuration and signal characters of the urinary bladder with intact urinary bladder wall and perivasical fat allthrough.
- Normal anatomical configuration and signal characters of the uterus with intact endometrium lining and well defined area of transition.
- No evident MR signs of adenomyosis,.
- Normal anatomical configuration and signal characters of both adnexa with
- No evident adnexal masses or cystic swelling noted and normal size of both ovaries.
- No pelvic masses or collection.
- Preserved pelvic fat signal allthrough.
OPINION:
========
Two uterine fibroids the largest show small cystic degeneration.
