اود منك يادكتور النصيحه مره اخرى ، اين اجد علاج لحالتي حتى ولو كان خارج المملكه ، علما انني اسمع عن العلاج في المانيا انه ممتاز. وهل هناك دكتور تنصحني فيه، وهذا التقرير من الدكتور سعيد قطان



Medical Report
This 26-year-old male patient presented to my clinic 2013 complaining of primary infertility for 3 years. He was healthy with no significant past medical or surgical history. He takes no Medication and has no allergies. The patient’s wife is 25 years old. The enjoy normal sexual life. The patient revealed to me semen analysis on several occasions that revealed azoospermia. His FSH and testosterone was within normal limits.

Examination of the patient revealed soft abdomen with no tenderness or masses. The testis was small in size. Ultrasound confirmed the presence of bilateral varicocele with small sized testes.

The patient underwent in July 2013 bilateral varicocelectomy and he as well has TESE.

His sperm search did not reveal any sperm. The patient postoperatively was put on empirical treatment including Clomid, L-carnitine and CO-Enzyme and later, he was shifted to Tamoxifent and profertil. His semen analysis in February 2014 revealed only two immotile sperms in the ejaculate. It was not suitable for freezing. The patient was advised to do ICSI with back-up TESA. The patient was continued on empirical treatment including Orthomol and chriomon and his semen analysis revealed a few motile sperms and occasional azoospermia indicating cryptozoospermia. He was last seen in September 2014 where he was asked to continue on medication for 3 month and to repeat semen analysis. His semen analysis in December revealed few motile sperms. I asked him to continue on medication and referred him for ICSI procedure.
