السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته


قبل فتره زرت دكتوره في البحرين وعرفت ان فيني الياف في الرحم وحول الرحم
وقالت لي اني لازم اخضع لجراحه بشكل سريع، ولما خبرتها اني افضل اسويها بالمنظار قالت ان ماينفع لي !!!!
سألتها عن السبب بس ما جاوبتني ..

هذا هو تقرير الدكتوره ودكتور الرنين المغناطيسي ..

mutiple uterine fibroids
markedly enlarged uterus which extends superiorly exceeding the level of the umbilicus.
multiple uterine masses all of which are rounded well defined and smooth in outline, of intermediate signal intensity but contains islands of bright signal intensity within it represent internal haemorrhage.
the lesions are myometrial or subserosal in location.
the endometrial cavity is smoothly stretched, the upper portion is displaced superiorly and to the RT.side while the inferior segment and cervix is pushed to the Lt.side.
The largest fibroid is in the lower uterine segment posteriorly in the RT.measures upto 10.2×3cm.
There are three large fibriods situated to the Lt.of the midline posteriorly measures 8.5, 7.3 and 6cm in size.
A smaller fibroid in the Rt.side superiorly measures 5cm is also noted.
There are other 3-4 much smaller nodules varies in size from 1-1.5cm.
The ovaries could not be visualized most likely compressed by the enlarged uterus.
No free intraperitoneal fluid.
No significantly enlarged lower pelvic lymph nodes.
The bony pelvis is within normal limit.

سؤالي لك يا دكتور هل تنحل مشكلتي عن طريق القسطره ؟
وبغيت اسأل لو قررت القيام بالعمليه عندك بالمستشفى متى اقدر اسويها ؟
ولو ممكن اعرف التكلفه

أنتى لا تحتاجين أى علاج.... لا جراحة ولا منظار ولا قسطرة
لأن ما عندك أى مشكلة من الألياف..... واغلب الألياف لا تسبب أى مشاكل

تسلم على كلامك الطيب، وردك السريع ..

بس المشكله اني متضايقه من بطني وحجمه مب مناسب لجسمي لأني ضعيفه
واعاني من مشكله لما بنام لاني اتضايق من بطني، خاصه الانتفاخ في البطن كبير
وبدت عندي مشكلة النوم المتقطع من فتره بهالسبب ..

والمشكله الثالثه هي اني اعاني من آلام شديده خاصه اثناء الدوره الشهريه، والاحظ انتفاخ وانشداد في الجهه اليسرى من بطني ..
