Both epidiymis are of normal size and textur with no focal lesions
No hydrocele
The left pampiniform plexus of veins and spermatic vein are moderatlydilated with reflux on valsalva techniqe
Maximum capliper at left side 2.5 mm
No varicocele at right side
Conclusions
Moderate left side refluxing varicocele
