لو سمحت يادكتور محمد انا رحت وعملت اشعه على الدوالي وهذي نتيجتها هل تحتاااج لي عمليه واسالك بالله ان تترجمهااااا لي وتخبرني هل الدوالي كبيره ومن اي درجه وهل هي في الخصيتين ام في وحده ...

انا لي خمس سنين متزوج ومااااااااااصار ولا مره حمل وعندي ضعف حركه مع ان العدد كويس فوق العشرين مليون

Dilated pampine form plexus at both sides, more evident at the left side"about3.2_3.7 mm"with significant reflux at Valsalvas manuever.
Features suggesting:
Bilateral refluxing varicocele" grade lll"
