Both testes are seen within the scrotum of normal shape, and echo texture.
The RT is at lower limit of normal size whereas the LT is small in size.
No focal lesions detected. Bilateral intact vascularity.
Right testis = about 32 X 18 X 20mm.
Left testis = about 29 X 15 X 19mm.
Both epididymi are of normal size, and echo texture
Bilateral mild degree varicocele ( about 2.2 – 3mm diameter ) showing spontaneous venous phasic flow with augmentation and flow reversal on straining.
Bilateral mild degree varicocele.
Small size testicles especially the left one.
