HISTORY:

Infertility.


FINDINGS:


Ultrasound study of the scrotum without prior study for comparison demonstrates both testes are normal in size and echogenicity with no focal lesions or calcification could be identified.
Left mild simple hydrocele could be seen.
Left varicocele measures 0.27 cm with reflux could be identified.
Right varicocele measures 0.3 with reflux could be identified.
The reminder of the study is unremarkable.


IMPRESSION:


Bilateral mild varicocele with reflux.
Left mild hydrocele.
