Color-doppler and duplex US of the scrotum ;
Normal sized both testes . they have normal shape and homogenous texture . No focal lesions or calcifications .
Rt.testis =40x22 mm
Lt.testis = 41x23mm
Normal appearance of both epididymi.
No significant hydrocele detected.
Multiple mildly dilated veins are seen in paminiform plexuses on both sides . they measures up to 2.8 mm in calibers on the left and 2.4 mm on the right , they show no reversal of flow on valsalva.
Normal arterial wave corm elicited within both testes
Conclusion ;
Bilaterial grade I non refluxing varicocele.
