الحمد لله توكلت ع الله وثم سمعت نصيحتك .. وسويت العمليه (( الدوالي ))
واخذ العينه ...
بس الدكتور اعطاني ادويه مضادات حيويه ..
سألته عن دواء التنشيط للحــيوانات المنويه قال لي بعدين
بعد شهرين نشاهد النتيجه وبعدين نخبرك شو من دواء تأخذ ...
هذا تقرير فحص العينه
ان شاء الله تقول لي شو هذا الكلام

Gross Examination
received bouin fixed specimens in two containers labeled with name and medical record number consists of
A :Two tiny pieces of soft tissue measuring 0.4 ×0.4× 0.2 cm together from left testis biopsy
Total tissues were embedded in one cassette
B :A piece of soft tissue
measuring 0.4×0.3×0.2 cm from left testis biopsy
Total tissues was embedded in one cassette
Microscopic examination
A :sections from left testicular biopsy show adequate seminiferous tubules, displaying thickened basement membrane, lined by sertoli cells only ( around 50% of tubules ) and also varying stages of reduced population of germ cells including primary and secondary spermatocytes, spermatids and very rare spermatozoa yielding poor order of spermatogenesis ( around 30% of tubules) accompanied by some atrophic and hyalinized tubules (around 20% of tubules) .the stroma reveals edema, collagenous material deposition,mild leydig cells hyperplasia
and congested vessels
B : sections from right testis show adequate seminiferous tubules, displaying thickened basement
membrane, which are overlying by reduced population of germ cells including primary and secondary
spermatocytes, spermatid and rare scattered spermatozoa yielding poor order of spermatogenisis
( around 60% of tubules )
accompanied by some severe atrophic and hyalinized tubules
( around 10 % of tubules )
The remaining tubules
( around 30 % )
are linod by only sertoli cells. The stroma reveals marked edema, collagenous materials deposition, mild leydig cells hyperplasia and congested vessels
