Both testicles look normal size , echogenicity and vascularity. No obvious focal lesion apart there is in left testicle there is small cystic lesion with septation measuring 0.23 and0.14cm No significant hydrocele There is mild
varicocele in left side and mild moderate varicocele in right side.
