السلام عليكم
لوسمحت يادكتور انا عندي دوالي بس من الدرجة الاولى سويت اشاعة صوتية وعندي ضعف بالحركة المنوية وتشوة
ابي اسئل يادكتور هل يحتاج ضروري التدخل الجراحي او قسطرة او يكفي اخذ ادوية لان عندي الدوالي بسيطة
او يكفي اخذ ادوية لان عندي الدوالي بسيطة
وهاذي نتيجة الاشعة تكفى طمني يادكتور
there is evidence of bilateral first degree varicocele with doppler technique with valsalva maneuver
minimal fluid collection seen in both scrotal sac suggesting presenceof minimal hydrocele
normal epididymides on both sides
average siza of both testicles showing homogenous echopattern with no focal cystic or solid lesion could be seen no abnormal vascular pattern or calcification
