left side varcocele is seen with the largest vessel measuring 3.5mm
there is mild hydrocele seen on the left
left tisticle measures 3.9*2.7*2.1 cm and left epididymis measures 6 mm. A 4 mm cyst is seen in the inferior part of epidiymal head

there is no varicocele seen on the right side both testicles and epididymi are unremarkable
right testicle measures 3.9*2.9*2.3 cm and right epididymis measures 5 mm showing a 2 mm cyst
