بالنسبة إلى تقرير الأشعة والبول.
Us renal:
A know case of neuropathic urinary bladder with hydronephrosis, for follow up. Normal Rt. Kidney size, it's length is 11.8 cm with normal echogenicity & cortical thickness 1.4 cm. Moderate hydronephrosis seen with AP diameter of renal pelvis is 3.2cm. Enlarged Lt. Kidney seen, it's length is 13.5cm with normal echogenicity & cortical thickness 1.4cm. Moderate hydronephrosis seen with AP diameter of renal pelvis 3cm. Dilated proximal ureters seen, the width of Rt. ureter is 8mm, Lt. ureter is 9mm. No stones reflection at kidney level.
Thick irregular wall of the urinary bladder seen 1.4cm with small Lt. sided vesicle diverticulitis measuring 9-12mm.
Balloon of folk's catheter seen in situ.
The prostate is enlarged with no focal lesions. Its total volume is 28cc. No pelvic fluids collections
IMPRESSION:
Enlarged Lt. kidney with bilateral moderate hydronephrosis with hyroureter. Cytitis with Lt. sided vesicle diverticulitis. Mild prostatic enlargement
