السلام عليكم ... ممكن تفيدونى
اجريت اليوم اشعه دوبلر على الخصيتين وكان هذا التقرير ولم افهم منه شي
scrotal ultrasonography and vascular duplex scanning, revealed:
--------------------------------------------------------------------

both testes are of normal size and symmetrical with homogenous texture of their parenchyma. no focal lesions and intact regular capsules.
the right testis = 3.4 x 1.9 cm.
the left testis = 3.5 x 1.6 cm.
no peri-testicular masses or fluid collections
normal size and echogenicity of the epididymis on either side
dilated veins of the pampiniform plexuses on left side = 4.2 cm, and on the right side 3.5 cm with reflux during valsalva maneuver.

conclusion :

bilateral refluxing varicocele
