**both testes are of average size with normal echotexture without any focal lesions .
**right testicle measures around26*17*29mm.
**left testicle measures around30*19*28mm.
**there is a14*13mm simple cyst in right epididymal head .
**another smaller4mm cyst is noted in the left epididymal head.
**there is mild varicocele on the left,measuring around 26mm,more pronounced on the valsalva manuever.
**no evidece of varicocele on the right with maximum dimension of1.9mm.
**no significant changes on standing or perfoming valsalva maneuver.
**no evidence of hydrocele bilaterally.
conclusion:
bilateral simple epidydimal cysts larger on the right side measuring14 mm
mild left variccele measuring around2.6mm
no evidence of varicocele on the right
