السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

كان عندي ألم أسفل الخصيتين وذهبت للطبيب فاعاطني بعض الأدوية قال لي انا هذا احتقان بسيط ف الخصية نتيجة

إثارة قوية وعدم وجود جماع

والحمد لله أرتحت علي العلاج وذهب الألم وعملت أعادة للكشف فقال لي أني بخير

وذهبت لدكتور أخر للإطمئنان فقال لي ليس عندك شي

وبعدها أردت الإطمئنان

فقمت بعمل أشعة دوبلر علي الخصيتين

وكان النتيجة كالتالي وهل هناك تأثير علي الإنجاب

scrotal doppler u.s. revealed

* normal size , outline and texture of both testicles showing homogenous echopattern , no focal lesions seen
* normal appearance of both epididymi with no cystic lesions seen
* good intra-testicular perfusion
* no significant hydrocele
* multiple dilated venis are seen on both sides of scrotal neck with maximum diameter 2.6 mm on the left side and 2 mm on the right side it shows no folw at rest augmented on valsalva with maximum flow velocity 9 cm/sec on the left side and 4 cm/sec on the right side . no intra testicular reflux

Concluion
- Balarel varicocele with score 4 on the right side ( G1 ) and score 6 on the left side G2

ممكن أعرف نيجة اللأشعة وما هو الوضع وهل سيؤثر علي الإنجاب وماذا أفعل
