اتمنى من سعادتكم التكرم بتشخيص حالة زوجي، حيث نعاني من تأخر الحمل ودام عن زواجنا 8 شهور

عملت الفحوصات وكانت سليمة

وطلب من زوجي عمل فحص الحيوانات المنوية مع الالترا سوند

واكتشف بضعف وقلة حركة الحيوانات المنوية ودوالي بالخصية من النوع الدرجة الثانية


فابعث اليك فحوصاته لتدلني عن الحل

هل يعمل عملية الدوالي او يكتفي بعلاج معين ؟

في حاله العملية كم تكلف؟
ومتى باستطاعتي الحمل؟

DUPLEX DOPPLER EXAMINATION OF THE SCROTUM'

Right testis shows normal size, shape and fine homogeneous echopattern . No evidence of focal cystic or solid masses. No evidence of pathological calcifications. Right testis=46 x 31 x 21 mm (volume= 15.9 cc).
" Left testis show normal size, shape and fine homogeneous echopattern .No evidence of focal cystic or solid masses,
No evidence of pathological calcifications.
Left testis= 41 x 32 x 24 mm (volume= 16.7 cc)
" Normal size and echopattern of the epididymis on both sides.
" Mildly dilated Lt. and right pampiniform plexus veins with the biggest venous caliber measuring 3.4 mm at the both sides which show increased flow on Valsalva maneuver.
" No significant hydrocele.
Conclusion;
" Normal size and echogenicity of both testicles.
" Bilateral Grade Il varicocele ,

اولا توكم عرسات و لا يصنف تأخر الحمل الا بعد مرور سنه من محاوله الحمل
ثانيا العدد طيب وفيه نقص بسيط بالحركة و فيه دوالي بالجهتين.

اذا ما حصل حمل بعد سنه من المحاوله نعيد الفحص و تبلغوني
