السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

انا متزوجه من 10 سنوات عمري 38 كنت اعاني من وجود الياف بالرحم ومن سنتين ازالتهم بمنظار مهبلي ولكن رجعت الالياف وبحجم اكبر وماحملت وجميع الدكاتره ينصحوني من عدم ازالتهم بالجراحه لان احد الاورام موجود على شريان الرحم ونصحوني بالقسطره ومنهم اللي نصحني مااعمل قسطره لان لايمكنني الحمل بعدها
هل دكتور محمد تنقطع الدوره بعد القسطره او هل لايمكنني الحمل بعدها
وهذا هو تقرير الرنين المغناطيسي


MRI - PELVIS of 12-OCT-2015:

CLINICAL INDICATION:
38 years old patient with lower abdominal pain.

TECHNIQUE:
Multisequential multiplanar MRI of the pelvis was performed.

FINDINGS:
There are multiple intramural and some subserosal dark T2 signal lesion in the uterus represent fibroids. The uterus measures 9x 12x 8.6 cm with the largest lesion locating intramurally in the anterior wall measuring 5.5x 5.6 cm. The lesion are dominantly hypovascular with heterogeneous post contrast enhancement.
The endometrium and both ovaries are unremarkable.
No size significant lymph nodes.
CONCLUSION:
Multiple hypovascular intramural and subserosal uterine fibroids.

Anteverted uterus with multiple intramural fibroids, largest 3:
1) 44 x 39 mm, anterior, distorting the endometrium.
2) 30 x 24 mm, left lateral
3) 25 x 26 mm lower posterior

Both ovaries look normal.
Right ovary: with the dominant follicle, 14 x 10 mm

No adnexal mass

No free fluid in pelvis
