السلام عليكم يا دكتور
عمري 29 سنه
اعزب ولست متزوج
لا اعاني من اي امراض
حدثت لي الام متقطعه بالخصية اليسرى منذ فتره
وقررت الذهاب الى طبيب وعمل لي التراساوند ملون على الخصيتين تبين وجود الاتي من خلال تقرير الاشعه :

SONOGRAPHY WITH COLOR CODED DOPPLER STUDY Clinical Data: Disorder of testis & epididymis in dis cl/e. Left scrotal painFINDINGS: - Both testicles are average in size (Rt. Measures 4.1 x 3.0 x 2.1 cm., Lt. measures 4.0 x 2.9 x 2.3 cm) with smooth regular outlines and homogenous parenchymal echo-patterns.- There are no focal testicular lesions or inflammatory changes could be detected.- Small left epidydimal cyst 0.2 cm .- Bilateral mild hydrocele , more on the right . - There is dilatation of pampiniform plexus of veins on the left ide with the maximum diameter at time of examination of 0.28 cm anon standing 0.38 cm with no significant reflux on straining.- Maximum diameter of pampiniform plexus of veins on the right side at time of examination is 0.2 cm IMPRESSION: Left sided varicocele .Bilateral mild hydrocele , more on the
