The left testis :is of average size measure 40x26x24 mm with homogeneous echopattern show no focal lesion, cyst or mass

No hydrocele seen
Normal scrotal wall thickness

Doppler mode: testicular ortery on both side shows normal flow pattern on color doppler interrogation,with normal flow mapping of both testicles
The pampiniform plexus of vein in both side are not dilated , the spermatic veins shows no reflux even during valsalva


Conclusion: normal testicular ultrasound finding


سوال يادكتور : هل اذا كان كيس الصفن منكمش اثناء اجراء الاشعة ممكن تعطي الاشعة نتيجة خاطئة ؟ وهل اختلاف حجم الخصيتين طبيعي مع عدم وجود دوالي ؟
