السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته .. دكتور محمد هذا نص لتقرير دكتور الاشعة لزوجة صديقي ..
ماهو تشخيصك للحالة وهل تستدعي عملية ؟ وهل تنفع لحالتها القسطرة ؟

Normal size , shape and outline of the uterine cavity with no filling .efects detected .
the left tube is patent from it origin with no spill all through the study
the right tube is patent yet shows minimal spill with loculation of contrast around the tube in delayed film denoting partial perifimbrial block ,otherwise there is homogenous peritoneal smearing
