Findings :

There is bilateral varicocele more marked in the left side

The biggest vein in the right side measures about 0.24 , 0.27 and 0.31 cm and in the left side 0.32 , 0.41 and 0.45 cm in supine , valsalva and standing positions respectively .

Both testes and epididymal heads appear of normal size , shape and echogenicity without focal lesion .

No hydrocele is seen .

في نقص بعدد وحركة الحيونات المنوية ودوالي بالجهتين.... وانصح بعلاج الدوالي

طيب دكتور هل حالة زوجي صعبه وهل يفضل عمل عملية الدوالي للجهتين ام في الجهه اليسرى فقط بحسب التحاليل المرفقه

سئلنا دكتور المسالك البوليه قال جهة اليسار فقط...


وفي حال ان زوجي بيسوي العملية وش الأجراءات يادكتور وكم التكلفه
والله يجزاك الف خير

آبدا فهي سهلة..... القسطره تتكلف ٩٦٠٠ ريال للجهة الواحدة و ١١٢٠٠ ريال للجهتين

طيب دكتور تنصحنا يعمل جهه اليسار فقط او لازم الجهتين ..؟

والتأمين يغطي تكلفة العميلة ؟ ... (المبلغ جداا مكلف )
